Operations Officer

We are seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide operational support for client entities within established controls, guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain statutory records where required and carry out statutory filings on the Guernsey Registry and other relevant Company Registries
– Opening of client bank/investment accounts
– Ensure work is conducted in adherence to internal and regulatory practices and procedures
– Provide Client Services with support for producing accurate minutes for client entities where necessary
– Effective cash collection and control of debtors for client entities
– Escalate issues for effective solution
– Assist in the training and providing technical guidance to more junior staff members if required
– Formulate solutions to problems where necessary on assigned mandates
– Meet deadlines for submission of annual returns/filings for client entities
– Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory procedures at all time
– Manage and record own time effectively and accurately
– Ensure fiduciary reviews/client risk assessments are completed within required time frames
– Liaise with Client Services to ensure actions points from fiduciary reviews/client risk assessments are completed within require time frame
– Maintain Acumen database up to date in relation to client entities
– Ensure effective completion of on-boarding and closure of client entities in line with policies and procedures
