Sarah’s career in financial services spans 30 years, commencing employment in merchant banking before moving into investment management for UHNWI’s and onto private equity fund administration for open and closed ended schemes and trust and company administration for private clients and multi-national corporates.

More recently Sarah’s focus has been on several regulatory projects for regulated financial services businesses including reviews of existing governance structure, board evaluations and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls as Executive Director in 2022, and now as Head of Group Regulated Services and Managing Director.

Sarah has held several prescribed positions over the last 15 years including compliance officer, MLRO and more recently executive director in Fiduciary and Fund services companies. 

Sarah has participated in several industry forums and working groups including Guernsey Investment Fund Association’s (“GIFA”) technical and compliance committees, Guernsey Association of Compliance Officers (“GACO”) and Guernsey Association of Trustees (“GAT”) and is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association and a Chartered Manager.  

She is also IBITG qualified Certified Cyber Security Practitioner (CCS P) as well as a Certified Blockchain Expert.
